Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026.

Tasks is a shared planning workspace. The service processes the information needed to provide that workspace, including sign-in/session data, device preferences, work items, comments, attachments, updates, audit records, and integration metadata your workspace chooses to add.

Workspace data is used to operate the app, keep users authenticated, enforce access controls, synchronize integrations, deliver notifications, troubleshoot reliability issues, and protect the service from misuse.

Tasks does not sell workspace data. Access is limited to authorized users, administrators, service operators, and configured integrations as needed to provide the service.

If your workspace connects external providers such as email, documents, bots, or webhooks, Tasks uses the connected data only for the features your workspace enables. You can disconnect integrations or request access, correction, or deletion through your workspace administrator.

Questions about privacy, retention, or data requests should be directed to your workspace administrator.
